Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Times We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and Australia from our fulfilment partner. Estimated delivery times by region:
- Australia: 5–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–12 working days
- United States: 7–12 working days
- Canada: 7–12 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays outside our control.
Free Shipping We offer free delivery on orders of £40 or more. Orders under £40 ship for a flat rate of £3.95 — no hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery at any time.
Customs & Import International orders may be subject to customs clearance. PureLittleSteps is not responsible for any customs delays. In most cases, orders under local thresholds are not subject to additional duties.
