We want you and your little one to love every moment with PureTrace™. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. We expect our books to be tried — that is what they are for. Written in, filled up, worn out — it does not matter. Send it back within 30 days with all the parts that came in the box and we will refund you. Used or not.

How to start a return

Email us at hello@purelittlesteps.com with your order number and the reason for return. Please contact us before sending anything back — unrequested returns cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Change of Mind Returns

If you have changed your mind, you are welcome to return the item within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility in this case.

UK Customers

If your order is delivered in the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without giving a justification. This right sits alongside our 30-day policy above — whichever is better for you is the one that applies.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without justification.

Digital Downloads

Our printable PDFs are delivered instantly by email. Because the download starts straight away, the right to cancel ends once the file has been downloaded. If a file will not open or will not download, email hello@purelittlesteps.com and we will fix it or refund you in full.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval with no refund, contact us at hello@purelittlesteps.com.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards cannot be returned. Everything else we sell — including anything bought at a discounted price — is covered by this policy.
